Let’s face it, not many people seek me out when they are feeling well.

Most of us have experienced, and will continue to experience, pain in some way, shape or form.

Having pain, be it physical or emotional, from time to time doesn’t mean you are sick or unhealthy, it just means you are human.

This is simple fact of life, and being a human being means feeling sensations that the body emits as a result of the environment that influences us.

So, when we ignore the pain and refuse to learn how to work WITH IT (which has sadly been the norm in Western society)…

After all, we are all pretty aware of the high levels of pain medication usage going on in our society, plus the use of alternative forms of medicines and recreational drugs being way more accepted for soothing and taking the edge off of our discomforts.

The key is understanding how to befriend the pain you might experience, as opposed to stuffing it back inside of your body.

In this new video, I share with you some of THE KEY PRACTICES I do with my clients on a daily basis. Practices that have helped folks who have been suffering with chronic pain for years and in some cases, even decades.

These practices are simple. NO equipment required. NO fancy body positions. NO deep cleansing breaths. Just a desire to listen and be curious with your body and what it is telling you.

If pain, physical, emotional or both, plagues you or a loved one, definitely watch this video so you can learn some valuable tools for befriending your pain, or maybe helping them befriend their pain.

Definitely leave a comment after your watch the video and let me know if this is something you’ve practiced before, or if this is new to you. I’d love to read your comments and questions.

So much love

PS If you know of people in your circle of friends, family or even co-workers or team who would benefit from learning how to release pain the way nature intended, please forward them this email. OR…if you feel compelled to share this video on your social media feeds, that would be awesome too!

REMEMBER: We are all in this together and the more we can learn how to be with our uncomfortable body sensations (i.e. PAIN), as opposed to numbing them out and suppressing them, the less toxic junk will stay in our system, which means less toxic junk circulating around the world in general.

Consider this a different kind of humanitarian clean-up.  Thanks for doing your part.
