This is a short update (in video format) to touch base and let you know what’s been going on within my world of nervous system health and healing.
The last six months have been FULL for myself and my team; running my monthly online offerings and program curriculums, plus preparing to launch a trial run for a teacher training (all these details are in this 8 minute video!).
And we are already full steam ahead preparing and planning for our September-December 2022 season…
Therefore this means, for me, ’tis time to take a wee little rest before I dive back into full-time teaching, creating, and outreach.
While this does mean a break from my live online classes, the email fairies will continue to send you weekly nuggets of learning via a new video each and every week into September (we have some remarkable guest interviews lined up).
