After spending 15 years (basically half of her life!) feeling chronically exhausted, Kim decided that enough was enough and started the 21 Day Nervous System Tune-Up course. Here’s what happened a few months later:

…I woke up in the middle of the night and I felt this really nervous energy in my body—tingling sensation and a rush of energy into my legs. I didn’t know what it was but I just stayed present and felt it.
