My daily practices now include orienting, noticing my breath, following my impulses (been a lifetime goal to be in flow, this work with the nervous system is a direction I had never tried), I “drop” my kidney and adrenals multiple times daily(!), I’m constantly reminding myself to breathe into my diaphragm.

Near the end of the program work I heard a voice say to me “THIS is the space you’ve been looking for”. WOWIE.
