This was an exceptional video. I’ve been following Irene and am participating in the 21 Day Tune- Up course, so am reasonably familiar with the subject matter. This video connected the concepts beautifully. The examples and analogies were so relatable and easy to wrap your head around. The additional resources listed are really helpful to reference.
