Pot Addiction Masterclass – Replay

Details:
Cost – $49
Length – 90 minutes
The focus of this class is not to judge, or tell people to quit, but rather to provide education about the roots of this addiction and provide some trauma-informed guidance and basic tools for the user to come into right relationship with cannabis, whatever that means for each individual.Â
This class may also be useful for you as a practitioner, or as someone who wishes to better support a friend or family member who struggles with this addiction.
Some key themes covered in this class:
- The history of human beings (and other beings) interacting with consciousness-altering substances and the neurobiological effects of cannabis itself.
- I also shared about my history with pot use, where I’m at today, and why humans may turn to it in general, especially in the context of trauma.
- Lastly, I shared a variety of both behavioural changes and somatic interventions that can be helpful if you want to change the way in which you interact with cannabis, and I answer questions from the people who were there in class the day it was live.
