Being taught to be aware of my interior environment has changed the way I go through life. Also titrating emotional energy. Started program with severe CFS, I was stuck there due to blocked energies.
Your program has been pivotal – I’m now at a 60-70% baseline! Healing of the nervous system is sure an important part of the bigger journey.
