Put simply, SBSM has changed my life. After 12+ years on a healing journey, now I am finally learning the basics, and realizing that the basics are the most profound!
Now that the foundations are coming into place through SBSM, the other healing work I’ve done previously is more able to integrate.
SBSM is teaching me how to stay present with my experience, how to feel my feelings and how to access my life force. I am becoming whole again. I am getting my life back. What an incredible gift. I cannot recommend SBSM highly enough. There are no words to describe the gratitude I feel for Irene, Seth and Team Lyon for the revolutionary work you do, and for modelling the work with such integrity, authenticity, compassion and passion.
