Learning How to Work with Our Intention Via Breath

This class is all about learning how to work with intention via breath. You’ll learn the ‘basic’ layers of nervous system health (orienting, following impulse, connecting to ground), while also weaving in a favorite external resource as a vessel for increasing ease in the breathing (and entire body). Class ends with some practices for attuning to self with gentleness and care.
