** For this class you’ll need to be able to comfortably LIE down on the ground with only a yoga mat, blanket, or carpet for support.
I’ll guide you through gentle intentional body movement that can do wonders for de-stressing and shifting away from constant non-productive thinking. Meditation and mindfulness are powerful but advanced (aka: black belt) practices. In order to do them with ease, efficiency, and most importantly SAFETY, we have to do some groundwork first. That’s what this class is about.
