This is a new lecture-style class offering nervous system-informed education on a specific topic, with reminders to stay connected to yourself and your environment. Each session ends with a short Q&A. No weekly commitment or subscription—join live or receive the recording if you can’t attend.

Come ‘drop-in’ so you can reconnect to your entire self; mind, body, nervous system, environment, and more. The intent of these classes is to offer grounded, trauma-informed somatic explorations along with sprinkles of theory. Each class has its own unique theme.

These Masterclasses offered by Irene’s husband and colleague, Seth Lyon, are deep dives into complex topics. They include a mix of lecture (which often includes both history and theory), as well as guided somatic explorations and time for Seth to answer your questions live at the end of class.
