This lesson will be suitable for ALL resting positions, and you are free to shift from one position to another at any time throughout the class.
Each class will last 1 hour. One of our mentees will guide you through basic neurosensory exercise, and time permitting, they will end with a short Q&A period. Either Seth or Irene Lyon will be present on the call with each mentee.
No need for fancy clothes, or props. Just you, your biology, and the environment, together as one. (Oh, and showing up with a curious beginner’s mind!!)
