Today I’m answering a question that pops up from time to time from my students that goes something like this:
Irene, why don’t you SHOW yourself doing the neurosensory exercise on offer in your courses and programs?
This is an intentional choice, and today I wanted to take a moment to share my reasoning behind it.
The answer to that question points to the core of what this deep nervous system healing work is all about.
Here’s a hint: part of healing and regulating your nervous system involves relearning how to sense your interoceptive self and environment (aka: listening to your insides) and bringing your innate, organic intelligence back online.
