True story: In a recent interview, I was asked to define Feldenkrais, and I like my answer.

So my team and I turned it into a 4-minute ‘crash course’ (with some fun imagery) that depicts ‘What is Feldenkrais?’

Another true story: Feldenkrais, the method, quite literally saved me back in 2001.

Back then, I was living in a lot of chronic pain and seeing so many healers and helpers.

At the time, it was the ONLY thing that helped me recover pain free movement and flow.

You see, I had a series of major knee injuries and surgeries in my 20s.

And, if it weren’t for learning the principles and practices of Feldenkrais, plus becoming a practitioner, I know I’d be living with double knee replacements (or maybe worse) by now.

One more true story: While I don’t teach high level Feldenkrais (complex movement) in my online programs, Feldenkraisian learning principles are the metaphorical Krazy Glue that lets my neurosensory exercises do their “magic” for trauma healing and nervous system regulation.

Moral of all the stories: Moshé Feldenkrais was the Einstein of human healing and potential.

My new mini-video is a glimpse into the power of Feldenkraisian learning, from stroke to sport (and so much more)…

PS 15 years ago, I produced this 3-minute video showing Feldenkraisian learning principles in action. It went viral. If you haven’t seen it yet, I recommend checking this one out, next. ↖️🤓
