I rarely share videos of my own personal trauma processing.
In fact, I don’t think I ever have, until this week!
This week’s video describes (and shows) my legs having a good old fashion shaky shake, after an intense stint of work back in 2024.
Please know this: what you’ll see in this video is NOT a forced or contrived shaking release. It is NOT how you should try to shake out your legs, or any other body part for that matter, to relieve stress or trauma.
From the outside looking in, what my legs go through might appear violent and intense, but it felt good (for me) and did not create any damage. There was no fear, no stress. Just relief.
Also please know this: If you try to mimic this, meaning, if you try to do this without it coming from an internal organic release, you could very well injure yourself!
