A few weeks ago someone asked me this question:

“Why is it that some people are feeling better than ever in our current global crisis? Sleeping better, symptoms decreasing, and so on…”

In this week’s video I break down why that might be true for some.

Also, I wanted to let you know that I share two eye opening passages from author and journalist Sebastian Junger’s book, Tribe – On Homecoming and Belonging, that go so well with why a person might be feeling less chaos and fear, in the current moment.

I read Paul Hawken’s book, Blessed Unrest – How the Largest Social Movement in History Is Restoring Grace, Justice, and Beauty to the Worldback in 2010, and let me just say that this is a masterpiece if one wants a healthy reminder of all the good happening in the world today.

(I’ll be bringing you more book recommendations soon, so stay tuned!)

And speaking of the heart, a while back I did a heart ‘meditation’ via a live stream and folks LOVED it, so I wanted to ensure you’ve seen this resource that has helped many, here’s the direct link to that recording on YouTube. (Please note that the actual exercise starts at the 4 minute mark, but I recommend the introduction for context.)

Keep up the passion and practice!
