Today’s video falls into the category of most frequently asked questions.
It revolves around a question that goes something like this:
“Irene, does **insert your mind-body practice of choice** help with healing trauma and nervous system regulation?”
Gosh, folks, I wish it were easy enough to just say a ‘yes’ or a ‘no’ when it comes to these questions, but it is not.
While I framed the title of this vlog around the practice of yoga, know that it applies to EVERYTHING! Meditation, walking, lifting weights, knitting, dance, gardening, playing a musical instrument, and so on.
What you’ll soon learn is that it is less about the practice per se, and more about how one engages with the practice/pastime of choice. Head over to watch.
