If you do one thing this week, please watch these two videos (just under 7 minutes in total).

They are both self-filmed updates from SmartBody SmartMind™ student, Hosannah.

Her first video made me cry. This latest one made me smile so big.

The reason I recommend watching them in succession is you can hear, see, and most importantly, feel the absolute change in her global nervous system regulation.

Watch this one first:

And then, this:

This is why I love following up with our students.*

It demonstrates that healing can stick, capacity is exponential, and regulation is available for us, even after surviving some of the most obscene traumas known to humankind (in Hosannah’s case, sexual abuse from age 1 to 21, a story that should never be, and yet is all too common).

I don’t share that to trigger anyone either: it is just a fact of life right now on planet earth.

The good news is we can heal from this horrific stuff when we work at the level that SBSM teaches you.

*As we move into August, I want to remind everyone that the next live session of SmartBody SmartMind will be opening up to new members September 16 – 23. Leading up to enrolment, we’ll be hosting some NEW ‘SBSM Alumni Panels’ (live on Zoom) wherein folks like Hosannah will be sharing their stories of nervous system healing via the SBSM curriculum. Keep an eye out for the upcoming dates. While these events will be free, you’ll still need to sign up to attend.
