I wanted to share a snippet that is embedded within a Q&A I did earlier this year titled, Five Common Healing Trauma Myths. Breathwork, shaking, meditation and more!
The video clip that I have for you here, happened closer to the end of the Q&A, and it speaks to why it is so darn important to differentiate, and maybe even temper, our emotions, and the expression of them, when we are around kids.
This might seem counterintuitive for those new to this work and my world, because there may be a generalized assumption that we just need to get all our emotions and energies out no matter what the situation, but this is not entirely true, and this is one of those cases wherein we might need to hold it in a bit. Have a watch.
