Let me be clear—I’m not here to apologize for it. I stand by what I said.
AND I understand why it was triggering (aka: activating of those fight/flight/freeze responses) for some.
So today I’m going to dive into this a bit more by sharing three stories that illustrate the difference between being a victim and identifying as one.
Because getting this knowledge onboard could mean the difference between moving forward and healing…
…or staying stuck in the past.
