If you’ve been following me since the start of 2020, you may remember one of my earlier vlogs was on the importance of learning the language of the nervous system for deep healing and optimal living, so I’m thrilled to end this crazy ride of 2020 with a real-life story that is crazy in its own right!

Today, I have for you an interview-style chat with my new friend, Jerome Braggs.

As the subject line of this email suggests, our talk takes you through his rather ‘unconventional’ healing journey after he recovered (twice) from diagnoses that were considered terminal (kidney failure and AIDS being two of them).

I write ‘unconventional’ in quotation, because the more I live and listen to my students and other like-minded folk like Jerome, the more I sense that we’re on the verge of a new kind of healing paradigm.

And while some might call this new paradigm ‘quantum’ healing, I like to call it, what we are designed for.

Let’s face it, many of us are no longer settling for the standard medical therapies*, or the terminal life sentences that are given, and definitely not the all too common “medical hexing” from their doctors and other specialists (we dive into what medical hexing is in our chat!).

*For the record, I’m a big believer in allopathic medicine for many ailments and troubles. For example, if it weren’t for remarkable orthopaedic surgical procedures, I’d either be a cripple and unable to walk, or most likely be without my lower left leg. I believe there’s a time and place for everything — be it allopathic, alternative, and all the in-betweens.

Irene's Musings

Remember this:

terminal illness

I believe that our healing becomes exponential when we accept, and most of all appreciate, that there isn’t an end point to our humanity, nor its capacity to surprise, revive, and thrive.
