This past year, my team and I embarked on studying the effects of my SmartBody SmartMind (SBSM) curriculum with a group of our students. The results thus far have been positive, and have shown exactly what our participants have been anecdotally sharing with us over the years, which is that:

This work, in the format we’ve created via my online courses, helps to build greater nervous system resiliency, enhance mindfulness, self-compassion, as well as decrease symptoms of anxiety, and much more.

While we can share the specific data points quite yet, I wanted to share this little tidbit as it is very exciting to see anecdotal evidence line up with research-based evidence!!

And on that note of having success when it comes to increasing nervous system regulation, and all that it brings, THIS WEEK’S NEW VIDEO is all about the habits that my students do to get them there.

**Please note that you don’t have to be doing my specific practical coursework to benefit from this video, although, if you are doing my coursework, then definitely put these habits into place for optimal learning and healing.

Many of these habits are across the board when it comes to embarking on many things to improve our health and well-being (don’t forget, I’ve been doing this work for twenty-five years, if you count my years teaching fitness, exercise rehab, and applied human nutrition, not to mention teaching Feldenkrais, and more!).
