A common question my team and I get is what a parent can do to help their kids who are living with nervous system-related troubles such as anxiety, depression, ADD, and chronic health issues, just to name a few.
Many ask if my online resources and programs are suitable for kids, and the general answer is no. But that does not mean they can’t benefit from them.
In this latest video I give some examples of how a parent, caregiver, teacher, grandparent, and the like can “pass along” the work they do via my online programs and resources to children.
