A common question my team and I get is what a parent can do to help their kids who are living with nervous system-related troubles such as anxiety, depression, ADD, and chronic health issues, just to name a few.

Many ask if my online resources and programs are suitable for kids, and the general answer is no. But that does not mean they can’t benefit from them
